MSc/BSc Nursing
Experience
4 - 5 years of Experience as Assistant Nursing Superintendent in any big Multi Disciplinary hospital / Cancer hospital. Previous experience in a major cancer care setting is preferred
Soft Skills
Strong leadership skills, ability to perform under high pressure, decision making and mentoring others
License & Certification

Clinical Responsibilities
Will be reporting to the Nursing Superintendent and carry on the instructions given, responsible for implementing hospital Nursing policies in various wards , implementation of Infection control policies, educate & conduct continual Nursing education for all categories of Nurses.
