Qualification
MD (Pathology) / MD (Blood Transfusion)
Experience
4 - 5 years of Experience as a Blood Bank Officer in any Multi Disciplinary / Cancer hospital. Previous experience in a major cancer care setting is preferred).
Soft Skills
Strong work ethics and good interpersonal skills
License & Certification
Updated OCMR Certificate (Odisha Council of Medical Registration)
Clinical Responsibilities
Function as per the requirement of NACO guidelines applicable for Blood Bank ; Convene hospital transfusion committee meetings, comply with regulatory requirements of Health & Family Welfare department.
Academic & Research
Responsibilities
Actively participate in academic and research activities
Accountable for maintaining accurate patient records in EMR
Accountable for supervising, mentoring and training juniors and scholars of the department
Remuneration
Commensurate with qualification and experience.
External practice outside of BSSCCRI is not allowed.
