Qualification
MD/DNB (Microbiology)
Experience
4 - 5 years of Experience as a Microbiologist in any Multi Disciplinary / Cancer hospital. Previous experience in a major cancer care setting is preferred).
Soft Skills
Strong work ethics and good interpersonal skills
License & Certification
Updated OCMR Certificate (Odisha Council of Medical Registration)
Clinical Responsibilities
Diagnose and report Infection, prevent and spread of Infection, Investigate the growth, structure and development of micro organisms , Discuss and form the Antibiotic Policy of the hospital, Work as chief of Hospital Infection Control committee.
Academic & Research
Responsibilities
Actively participate in academic and research activities
Accountable for maintaining accurate patient records in EMR
Accountable for supervising, mentoring and training juniors and scholars of the department
Remuneration
Commensurate with qualification and experience.
External practice outside of BSSCCRI is not allowed.
