MSc/BSc Nursing
Experience
5 years of Experience as Nursing Superintendent in any big Multi Disciplinary hospital / Cancer hospital. Previous experience in a major cancer care setting is preferred

Strong leadership skills, ability to perform under high pressure, decision making and mentoring others

Clinical Responsibilities
Responsible and overall In-charge of Nursing Services ; Responsible for implementing hospital policies amongst various wards , formulation of Nursing Policies, implementation of Infection control policies, educate conduct continual Nursing education for all categories of Nurses.
