Experience
2 - 4 years of Experience as Nursing Supervisor in any big Multi Disciplinary hospital / Cancer hospital.Previous experience in a major cancer care setting is preferred

Strong leadership skills, ability to perform under high pressure, decision making and mentoring others

Clinical Responsibilities
Responsible and overall In-charge of a Ward, responsible for implementing hospital policies in the wards , implement Nursing Policies, Infection control policies, educate and guide the juniors Nurses in the ward.
