Department of Radiation Oncology
Qualification
MD (Radiotherapy)/DNB (Radiotherapy)
Experience
4-5 years of experience as a Senior Radiation Oncologist in any Multi Disciplinary/Cancer hospital.
Previous experience in a major cancer care setting is preferred).
Soft Skills
Strong work ethics and good interpersonal skills
License & Certification
Updated OCMR Certificate (Odisha Council of Medical Registration)
Clinical Responsibilities
Design radiation treatment plans including radiation type, dose, frequency, expertise in brachytherapy, external beam therapy like 2D, 3D, CRT, IMRT, etc.
Management of complications of Radiotherapy
Academic & Research
Responsibilities
Actively participate in academic and research activities
Accountable for maintaining accurate patient records in EMR
Accountable for supervising, mentoring and training juniors and scholars of the department
Remuneration
Commensurate with qualification and experience.
External practice outside of BSSCCRI is not allowed.
