Department of Medical Oncology
Qualification
MD (Internal Medicine) and DM/DNB (Medical Oncology)
Experience
5-8 years of experience as a Senior Medical Oncologist in any Multi Disciplinary/Cancer hospital.
Previous experience in a major cancer care setting is preferred
Soft Skills
Strong work ethics and good interpersonal skills
License & Certification
Updated OCMR Certificate (Odisha Council of Medical Registration)
Clinical Responsibilities
Management of various solid and haematological malignancies of adults comprising of but not limited to diagnostic work up, staging, treatment planning, protocol preparation, administration of chemotherapy drugs, management of adverse effects, supportive care, end of life care.
Academic & Research
Responsibilities
Actively participate in academic and research activities
Accountable for maintaining accurate patient records in EMR
Accountable for supervising, mentoring and training juniors and scholars of the department
Remuneration
Commensurate with qualification and experience.
External practice outside of BSSCCRI is not allowed.
