HELP US TO HELP YOU.

  • One attendant pass and one visitor pass per patient is issued during admission.

  • The visiting hours is between 7 AM and 8 AM and again between 6 PM and 7 PM. We strictly restrict the number of people beside each patient in the wards to 2 (1 visitor + 1 attendant) during visiting hours and 1 attendant during non-visiting hours to reduce disturbance and the likelihood of infection. Patients and their relatives are requested to cooperate.

  • At SSCHRC, the patients’ safety and comfort is the top priority. We understand that the patients may be in a physically and emotionally fragile state and hence would require the privacy to rest. It is also in the patients’ best interest that we have a strict visitor policy as some patients may be at a high risk of developing infections that an otherwise healthy individual maybe immune to.

  • Visitors are strictly prohibited in ICUs and OTs

  • Children below 12 years of age are prohibited as visitors as they are more susceptible to infections.

  • Patients and visitors are requested not to take any photographs inside the hospital

  • Kindly avoid using cellular phones, since this causes interference with sophisticated patient monitoring systems and causes disturbance to other patients.

  • Kindly note that the security will allow the attenders or the visitors inside the wards only if they produce the attender pass/visitors pass at the gate. Under no circumstances, will this policy be relaxed.
