The hospital ensures that your privacy will be protected in all settings, during all procedures including physical examinations.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Hospital will maintain confidentiality of information obtained from you during discussion, laboratory reports and treatment.

PERSONAL SAFETY & SECURITY

Hospital authorities will strive to provide you safety and security and take special precautionary measures whenever needed.

REFUSAL OF TREATMENT & SECOND OPINION

During the treatment you and your caretaker (next of kin) will be provided with all the information and options regarding treatment to make an informed choice including the options for refusal.  (In case of refusal of treatment, consequences will also be explained).

RIGHT TO INFORMATION

You and your caretaker (next of kin) have the right to get information on the following:

  • Hospital tariff and expected cost for all the services (to be availed by you/ availed by you) will be informed to you/your caretaker (next of kin).

  • Plan of care, progress made, expected results, complications, alternatives and information on other healthcare needs as and when recommended by the treating doctor will be given to you.
